Children's Ministries
Kidzone is Elim's ministry to children from toddlers to pre-teens. It promotes spiritual growth in children by making connections with family, friends and community though a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ.
We introduce them to the Word of God in language appropriate to their ages - and provide opportunities for the development of lasting friendships.
We lead them towards a personal relationship with Christ - and then encourage them to make an impact on their world with His love.
Our desire is to bless you and your whole family.
Kidz Junction
Sunday - 9:45 am
Kidz Junction is Elim's Sunday School and runs for one hour before the morning worship service. Toddlers through Grade 6 meet first for a time of singing - after which they head to individual classes for story time, crafts and other age-appropriate activities.
Kidz Quest
Sunday - 11:30 am
Children from Grades 3 - 6 sing, shout, and celebrate God’s goodness and love. Complete with games, activities, crafts and Bible lessons, Kids Quest is designed to help guide children to focus on God in a personal way and experience children’s worship through uplifting songs, fun, and memorable Bible learning.
Children's Church
Sunday - 11:30 am
Taking place during the Sunday morning service, this program gives our children another opportunity to spend relaxed time with each other, while learning about God through story-telling, singing, craft-making, videos and drama.
Joyful Noize Choir
Sunday - 11:30 am
Children learn new worship songs, and it provides them with an opportunity to bless the rest of the congregation by performing these songs once a month during the Sunday morning service as well as other special events.
Nursery
Sunday - Morning and Evening Service
Babies and toddlers are precious in the sight of God - and to us as well at Elim - and our nurseries are designed to meet their special needs.
The toddler nursery is open during the Sunday morning and evening services for babies aged 12 months to 30 months. During our morning service, this nursery is fully staffed during by loving and carefully selected volunteers. During the evening service parents can make use of this room with their children.
For parents with babies under 12 months, we have a family room where parents can spend time with their children. This room is unstaffed.
