Paul Grimes

Pastor Paul Grimes entered ministry with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland in 1984, and since then has served as a youth pastor, missionary to Zambia, Africa, and senior pastor. He and his wife Judy have three great children - Amanda, Amy and Andrew. He has been Senior Pastor at Elim since 2001.
Bill Harnum

Pastor Bill Harnum joined the Elim Team August, 2005. He serves as General Assistant to Senior Pastor, Paul Grimes. He is married to the former Judy Joy of Bishop's Falls and together they have two boys, Geoff and Jordan. The Harnums are finishing their 21st year of Pastoral Ministry with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland. They are grateful to Elim and the Lord for the privilege to serve in this part of the harvest.
Matthew Joy
Youth Pastor - mjoy@elim.nf.ca
On March 01, 2006, Elim added it's newest member to their staff when they welcomed Pastor Matt Joy as the new Youth and Young Adults Pastor. Pastor Matt is married to his beautiful wife and best friend, Kayla (Pardy), of Deer Lake. After marriage in the summer of 2004, The Joys entered full time ministry in the community of St. Lunaire-Griquet. Now, in 2006, they find themselves easily readjusting to the Capital, living and ministering through relationship and a desire to see people encounter God.
Rochelle Newman

Rochelle (Pope) Newman has been in ministry with the PAONL since 1998 and has enjoyed serving in a number of different capacities including ministry to Children, Music, and Youth. She is married to the love of her life, Bruce Newman, Next Generation Ministries Assistant with the PAONL. Together they have three wonderful children which keep their lives very full and content. Rochelle is passionate about ministry to children, homeschooling, coffee, and all things Christmas!
Jackie Piercey

Jackie Piercey is originally from Grand Falls-Windsor and joined the Elim staff as Administrative Assistant in April, 2000. She has two wonderful children, Cory and Abigayle. Jackie is so very grateful and honored to be part of such a fantastic team that is focused on moving forward for His Kingdom!
Clayton Rice
Custodian - clayton@warp.nfld.net
Clayton was born in Port Anson and moved to St. John's in 1965. He has been married to the former Ruth Osmond of Grand Falls-Windsor for 43 years and they have one son Evan. Clayton joined Elim's staff as custodian in 2001. He is very pleased to be part of the Elim team and working for the Lord.
