Russell Bartlett

Russell Bartlett serves as the lead pastor here at Elim having joined the Elim team in 2011.
Russell was born and raised at Bay Roberts, Newfoundland. He has been a pastor with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador since 1995, having begun his ministry as a youth pastor at the Port-de-Grave Pentecostal Church. Russell also served as an assistant pastor at Philadelphia Pentecostal Church at Lewisporte where he was also the lead pastor for nine years.
In addition, Russell has also served the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador as an executive presbyter and member of the general executive committee for several years.
Russell and his wife Angela have three children - Noah, Judah and Sarah.
Bill Harnum

Pastor Bill Harnum joined the Elim Team August, 2005. He serves as General Assistant to Lead Pastor, Russell Bartlett. He is married to the former Judy Joy of Bishop's Falls and together they have two boys, Geoff and Jordan. The Harnums are finishing their 21st year of Pastoral Ministry with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland. They are grateful to Elim and the Lord for the privilege to serve in this part of the harvest.
Owen Roberts

Owen Roberts entered ministry with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland & Labrador in 2007. He served as Youth & Children’s Pastor in Birchy Bay before joining the Elim team in September, 2010. He is married to his beautiful wife, Randelle, and together they have 2 children, Peyton & Noah. They are looking forward to what God has in store for their ministry here at Elim!
Sharon Sansom

Sharon Sansom from St. John's joined the Elim Staff as Administrative Assistant in May, 2010. She has two beautiful daughters, Melissa and Deana which she is so thankful for. She is married to William Sansom of St. John's and he has been a part of her life for over 20 years. Sharon is so thankful to Elim and the Lord for giving her this opportunity to focus on the work that has to be done to prepare for the Lord's Coming.
Clayton Rice

Clayton was born in Port Anson and moved to St. John's in 1965. He has been married to the former Ruth Osmond of Grand Falls-Windsor for 43 years and they have one son Evan. Clayton joined Elim's staff as church custodian in 2001. He is very pleased to be part of the Elim team and working for the Lord.
